I never thought I would say that some of my favourite outfits are jumpsuits. This one in particular I reach for again and again in summer. This was a hand-me-down no-brand outfit that my sister bought and didn’t fit her but it fit me perfectly. The fabric is a bit stretchy but not clingy. I love the navy blue, the flowery print, the length, the wide leg pants, the sleeves, the waist band…everything really!

It hasn’t actually been as hard as I thought it would be to find jumpsuits that work. I own 3 pairs and I do enjoy wearing them. But it has to be a day where I am feeling brave. It takes a bit of courage to wear one when you are pear shaped in my opinion. You gotta own it and of course find one that works for you. I think the key is to not get one that clings to every bumps and lumps. A bit loose and drapey to show off that they are the perfect fit. When you don’t usually get to wear the same size top and bottom, it just feels extra special when you find a jumpsuit that works.
